The crew encounters the Sorceress Anna Maht, who turns out to be a gushing, teenage fangirl for Quest. Anna brings a mountain to life as a giant dog-like critter that won't leave them alone. In the Valley of Arms, Anna helps Nestor recover the sword of Earth, but it still needs to be activated. Anna joins the crew.
