Wanting to live with glory again, Splinter ropes Donatello and Michelangelo into modifying the Turtle Tank and entering it into a mutant demolition derby run by Big Mama. They face competition from Meat Sweats, Repo Mantis, Hypno-Potamus, and Warren Stone. It gets intense when Big Mama, the Fox Bellhop, the Otter Bellhop, and the Owl Bellhop get involved.
