20/20 investigates the drunk driving case of Ethan Couch. In June 2013, the sixteen year old killed four pedestrians and seriously injured two others while driving drunk in Burleson, Texas. Although he is arrested on the scene, a judge sentences him to probation sparking controversy by citing his "affluenza."
